Both my daughter and I have food allergies, so I read all food labels for allergens and artificial colors or flavors. I know the gut clenching feeling of dread after eating something and then worrying that it contained an allergen that wasn’t disclosed. With that in mind, I started a bakery business so those of us with allergies can have dairy free, soy free, egg free, or gluten free treats made with quality ingredients.
